I’m a Christian mom of two little girls, and my oldest didn’t sleep through the night for 4 years. We had a rough start with nursing, sleeping, and food issues, and it felt like it didn’t end until she turned 4. In the journey to figuring out what was going on with her, I became OBSESSED with “sleep.”  If there was a book, podcast, research study, etc. I consumed it. I woke up every morning anxious about how sleep was going to go the next day and feeling like I would NEVER sleep through the night again! Silly, but my mantra was “well.. when she goes to college it won’t be my problem anymore that she’s not sleeping.”

STEP 01. BOOK A DISCOVERY CALL

On this call, you’ll share with me everything that’s been going on with your little one! I’ll share a little bit about me and we can determine if we’ll be a good fit to work together.

STEP 02. WORK WITH ME

Once you decide to work with me, you’ll receive an intake questionnaire.  This gives me a little more information about your child’s sleep that I may have missed on our call. I’ll use all this information to create a tailor made sleep plan for your child. 

STEP 03. KICK OFF CALL!

We will schedule a call to answer any questions you may have about the plan! This can last 20-90 minutes and is YOUR call. I want to make sure you are ready to go!

STEP 04. IMPLEMENT THE PLAN

Implement the plan with daily text support from me! I want to hear all about the wins as well as if there are any bumps in the road… because you know, kids sometimes throw those our way.

  • NO! I will never ask you to leave your child to cry and not attend to their needs until morning. That being said, there will be some crying because there will be changes to the routine that your child may be unsure of! This is normal, and you’re going to be there for them at every step of the way.

  • Absolutely not. The schedules and methods we use will work to protect your breastfeeding journey. Breastfeeding and great sleep can both happen!

  • Of course! No part of my methods are parent-specific. He can help with anything you guys want him to.

  • This depends on how soon “on the way is.” But I always recommend aiming to implement good sleep habits before the new baby comes, that way you have a solid foundation to rely on when you add the newborn to the mix.

  • Yes! I recommend safe sleep practices and sleep training with your little one in your room is not a problem at all.
