I am a certified sleep consultant who has BEEN right where you are.  Tired, anxious, and overwhelmed.  I’m a Christian mom of two little girls, and my oldest didn’t sleep through the night for 4 years. We had a rough start with nursing, sleeping, and food issues, and it felt like it didn’t end until she turned 4. In the journey to figuring out what was going on with her, I became OBSESSED with “sleep.” Along the way though, I found a love of helping other mamas who are going through this same season.  Meeting you right where you’re at, listening to YOUR story and your child, and putting together a plan that fits YOUR family.
